Wd My Passport For Mac Slow

May 31, 2015 - I just got a new Western Digital My Passport 2tb USB drive. It is a USB 3 interface, but I am running it on USB 2 as that is all my laptop has.

DACPEI is divided in 9 modules, for analyzing mission profile, Aircraft performance, propulsion and layout design, as well as sketch component for developing aircraft drawings. Dos emulator for mac os x 9.

I have a 320 GB external usb 2.0 hd and up until recently the transfer speed was about 18 MB/s now it runs about 6 kb/s and since all of my music is on there (approx. 216 GB) I really can't just format it and make it easy. I've pulled off as much as I could tried disk check and it checks about a file an hour so I'm really needing some help, I don't know if its a hardware config issue or a registry issue. I'm current on all updates including my drivers. I've tried switching data cables and I've tried using the hard drive on my iMac which the results are even better, it doesn't mount. I've already discussed this with the manufacturer and all they are going to do is replace it without recovering the data.

How can I fix this problem without sending it in for someone else to fix it? Any suggestions would be helpful. Also the transfer from my WD 1TB is fine. My system specs are: HP Pavilion DV9640US Intel Core 2 Duo 1.5 GHz 2GB 32-Bit Windows Vista Ultimate SP2.
